"A med setter is a noun used to refer to an individual that is a member of a 'med set', which is, a term used to describe an international group of medical elitist (i.e. a select group of medical professionals with outstanding personal abilities, intellect, wealth, specialized training or experience, or other distinctive attributes). " -Me-
Examples Of Med Setters From Past To Present:

Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine.

Elizabeth Blackwell, the first female doctor in the U.S.

Dr. Michael DeBakey, also known as, "Greatest surgeon of the 20th century"

Dr. Ben Carson, one of the most famous and respected doctors in the world (my personal favorite!)

Dr. Sanjay Gupta, he's the man! enough said.
Me a.k.a. Dr. Elias, I like to consider myself: "The Future Of Medicine." lol (on a serious note, my dream is to be described in the same class as those listed above. They are truly an inspiration to an aspiring doctor such as myself and my hopes are to be as good as them... if not better. I am truly greatful for them as people and for their contributions to medicine.)
